Firearm Transfers
- $45 per serialized item
- Make sure your FULL legal name (including suffix) is listed on the transfer or the purchase material from the seller.
- If you are purchasing the firearm online YOU must be the one to come pick it up. You cannot purchase a firearm for someone else online and have them come pick it up.
- It can take 24 - 48 hours after the package shows delivered to be logged into our system. Please wait until a sales associate calls you to inform you your firearm is logged in and ready to be picked up before showing up. We receive transfers in order of when they come in. Keep in mind that we have a small team here at Wilkerson's and some days have very limited time to complete any other tasks but helping our in-store customers. This is why we say 24 - 48 hours to receive.
- We will stop processing transfers an hour prior to closing if you do not have an LTC. If you do have an Texas LTC we will stop 30 minutes prior to closing
- Transfers will be held for 90 days unless a different time is agreed a upon in writing. Any gun left after the 90 days will become the property of Wilkerson's Gun Shop.
NFA Transfers
- $125 per NFA transfer
- Transfer Fee must be paid before any paperwork is started.
- This does not include the $200 tax stamp that must be paid per item to the ATF
